Don’t panic – it’s just our tunes that have been kidnapped 😉 We are very excited to be collaborating with the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and National Theatre of Scotland on their production of Robert Louis Stevenson’s ‘Kidnapped’. Iain has been busy adapting music from both ‘Shed Life’ and ‘Highland Time’ as well as writing original material for the show.
It’s a lively one using aerial performance and dance to create “a joyous, unselfconscious overload of noise and action”… and with great tunes, obviously 😉 Stoked to say the performance got a fantastic 5 star review from The Mumble and ‘the music throughout was superb’ – you can read the full review here.
If this floats your boat, you can read more about Kidnapped and ticket info here.
When he’s finally got some spare time Iain is also going to be starting a blog about working on the show so watch this space!
